Day 3: Movin' right along

Made it through day two on to day three WAHOOOO! Yesterday wasn't as hard as day one, but I was certainly challenged by some reese's peanut butter cups. One of the Halloween bags of candy at work split open and that wonderful smell went everywhere. I don't eat candy because it just makes me feel sick, but when your hungry, the smell of reese's is like the best thing on earth. Thankfully, got out of the store without succumbing to the all hallows eve temptation.

I have successfully out maneuvered the virus that is haunting everyone these days, and I believe it's all thanks to the sheer magnitude of the volume of micronutrients that I am consuming on a daily basis. I'm going to start adding green tea to my daily regiment as it contains tons of health benefits. It's all about giving you body the right weapons and tools to defend itself. Now I know some of you out there just plain don't get sick, and some of us get sick constantly. I guess I'm right in the middle somewhere. I usually get a cold once a quarter (or every three months). So back when I was at community college, when I hadn't been sick since the last term, it was about time for me to get sick, and sure enough, before the end I would catch something. But these days I'm going strong, all thanks to the power of vegetables and fruits.

TTYL,
Jack L.
