So, for the next ten days, I shall be consuming nothing but VEGETABLE-FRUIT SMOOTHIES/JUICE! Why you ask, would I do something so absurd? Vegetables are extremely important! They contain micronutrients which are crucial too keeping us from getting colds and flus.... and fruit tastes good. Not to mention this is an excellent way to lose weight because your still getting all of your nutrients and enough food to keep your metabolism work but your consuming very few calories. Now, why in the form of smoothies? Quiet simply, it's tastes super good in that form. Can you imagine trying to eat some beat, four stalks of celery, two handful of chopped carrots two handfuls of spinach and a banana? It would take too long and it wouldn't taste all that good, but if you blend it together and drink it instead, it tastes AMAZING! I've already been doing this for the last three weeks, and been around tons of sick people both at work and school, but I'm almost certain because of the sheer amount of vegetables I've been eating I haven't been getting sick. There is one exception to this vegetable/fruit only ten day challenge... I need my morning coffee which contains some milk... so... that's how that's going to go...
